Jake is five and learning to read. He points at a picture in a zoo book and says,
“Look Mama! It’s a frickin’ elephant!”
Deep breath … “What did you call it?”
“It’s a frickin’ Elephant, Mama! It says so on the picture!”
and so it does …

Today is my mom’s birthday, and we thought the boys would have some fun coloring a big, “Happy Birthday Gigi!” picture and then taking some pictures of it … they did.

The boys also decided to make a video of themselves … uh, being musical? (even w/ cameos from Ronald and George W)
Taylor’s another step closer to manhood … he graduated from Pre-K
Last night (wednesday) was our preschoolers’ choir concert. I was pulling double duty of running MediaShout and videoing (like any good parent) … so, the creaks and pops you hear are from me trying to maneuver the personal grade tripod. Looking back, I should have just taken it off the tripod, i only need one hand for MediaShout anyway!
